At Hirsch Machine, Inc., we operate a state of the art facility that is equipped with a wide range of advanced machining systems; this is why customers seek us out for expert, horizontal CNC machining. Using 4-axis machinery, we provide processes such as threading, drilling, boring, tapping, broaching, counterboring, countersinking, pocketing, profiling and many others. Our equipment features full CNC control with pallet changing that allows lights out un-manned operation. Work Pieces can be very small and as large as 18” X 22” X 31” and weigh up to 750lbs.   Utilizing this cutting edge machinery, extremely high degrees of accuracy are possible, including tolerances as close as +/- 0.0001”. We can work with nearly every metal and plastic, some of which include aluminum, brass, stainless steel, specialty alloys as well as nearly every type of plastic.   Our primary specialty is medium-sized runs of 10 to 1000 medical device components high vacuum chambers and hardware, but we have manufactured in other fields as well. Typical lead times are around 4 weeks, with the quality and efficiency of our services guaranteed by our ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications.
